Starting off your morning properly can make your entire day better. In order to get up out of bed and start your day, do not press the snooze button. Get up immediately after your alarm goes off. Do not pick up your phone right away, because you might start scrolling through social media and waste time. Drink some water to hydrate yourself. Eat a healthy and balanced breakfast to start your metabolism. Drink some coffee if you like, and by now you should be awake and ready to tackle the day.

- Do not look at your phone in the morning, get up and leave your phone where it is while you do your morning routine.
